Communication was bad, when you do online it seems fine but when I got there, they are more rude. English staff really need improvement. After I paid the communication got slower too. It is different than what I saw on YouTube where everyone’s being nice. I have to take care of myself most of the time. Doctor consultation was very short too. Maybe I should do a vlog too if that helps me get a better experience.
